Calm & Strong

Build strength, stamina and focus. Expect to stretch and move through both foundational and playful yoga postures, decoded to ensure healthy alignment for every-BODY. Flow is present but minimal.

recover efficiently

Recovery Rx

Designed for sore bodies who are looking for a way to recover more efficiently, increase mobility and release stress. In this yin style class, you can expect to stay in supportive poses for 3-5 minutes.

birth empowerment

Prenatal Yoga

This course is designed to empower, educate and connect expecting mommas. Classes focus on gentle strengthening poses, relaxing stretches and breathwork. Leave with tools for a mindful delivery. Mondays at 5:30 pm.

Little Yogis

A playful practice for your little yogi. Expect to move to music, explore yoga poses and play with acro yoga poses.

At Brandon City Yoga we understand that everyone has a unique schedule and needs, so we offer different membership packages to accommodate everyone. Don't forget to ask us about our private yoga sessions.

Because of COVID-19 we have temporarily removed our normal pricing tables. We are still offering classes in the form of "Events". You can find these by clicking "Events" on the menu at the top of the website, or by clicking here.

Events are a onetime payment which allows to you access four classes in a month at pre-scheduled times. By registering for Events you can also access our exclusive Memberspace area.
