All of our classes are 100% beginner-friendly and adaptable to any-BODY. You should choose a class based on what your intention is (goals are).
Looking to get stronger and de-stressCalm + Strong is the class I would attend. It is both physically challenging and modifiable to suit your individual needs.
Looking to improve your flexibility and recover from muscular painRecovery Rx is the class for you! This is a yin/restorative style class where all poses are supportive in nature.

Please wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Bring a water bottle and your yoga mat (optional: any props such as bolsters/yoga blocks/straps).

We have extra mats if you need to borrow. Yoga blocks and straps are supplied for Recovery Rx and our specialty courses.

Although our clientele is predominantly women, we do not have a women’s only class. Our classes are a safe space for all gender expressions.

All of our classes are held at room temperature (70°F/21°C).
