Looking to get stronger and de-stress? Calm + Strong is the class I would attend. It is both physically challenging and modifiable to suit your individual needs.
Looking to improve your flexibility and recover from muscular pain? Recovery Rx is the class for you! This is a yin/restorative style class where all poses are supportive in nature.
