My name is Shawna Philpott and I want to share the transformative powers of yoga with as many people as possible. All of our classes are inclusive and beginner-friendly, authentic and affordable.
I am offering you my 9 years of yoga teaching experience at the lowest possible cost. This is my devotional practice, my sadhana.
Brandon City Yoga is located in the heart of Brandon, in the quiet residential University area.
Whether you are looking for a way to manage stress, improve flexibility and balance, a low impact way to get fit or to join a community of like-minded individuals, we have classes and events that will suit your needs.
I ensure all yoga jargon is kept to a minimum. I will guide you through each posture and provide plenty of opportunities to modify to suit the intention of your practice.

A properly sequenced yoga class has the power to inspire, transform and ignite your body and mind. Listed below are some of our offerings.
Build strength, stamina and focus. Expect to stretch and move through both foundational and playful yoga postures, decoded to ensure healthy alignment for every-BODY. Flow is present but minimal.
Designed for sore bodies who are looking for a way to recover more efficiently, increase mobility and release stress. In this yin style class, you can expect to stay in supportive poses for 3-5 minutes.
A physical practice designed to safely explore challenging postures through intelligent sequencing all while avoiding injuries. Prepare to sweat + to lose your self-limiting beliefs.
This course is designed to empower, educate and connect expecting mommas. Classes focus on gentle strengthening poses, relaxing stretches and breathwork. Leave with tools for a mindful delivery.
Fun classes for the out little yogis will have you moving to music, exploring yoga poses and having fun with acro yoga.
Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter the flame.
